**Flight Software Manager Opportunity at EVONA**

EVONA, a pioneering human-flight company in California, is seeking an experienced Flight Software Manager to lead their flight software team. As a key member of the company's engineering team, you will be responsible for the development and architecture of critical flight software and systems.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and maintain flight software for inflight computers and other critical spacecraft hardware.
  • Collaborate with the Electrical and Hardware division to ensure seamless integration of software solutions.
  • Lead and manage the Flight Software team, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
  • Hire and develop new engineers to grow the team.
  • Configure and optimize RTOS, Microprocesses, and Linux Kernels/Drivers.
  • Design and execute comprehensive software test cases.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in coding in C++ and Linux environments.
  • Knowledge of hardware datasheets and schematics.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Git, Make, and GNU tools.
  • Related degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or similar disciplines.
