Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cardiac Rehabilitation Registered Nurse to join our team at Saint Vincent's Medical Center Riverside. As a Cardiac Rehabilitation Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our Cardiac Rehabilitation program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care to patients in the Cardiac Rehabilitation program, including implementing and monitoring patient care plans, monitoring and recording patient condition, and communicating with patients and families.
  • Coordinate patient care with members of the healthcare team, including physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs, including arranging for necessary services and equipment.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to Cardiac Rehabilitation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Florida required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
  • Experience in Cardiac Rehabilitation or a related field preferred.
