Position Overview:
At Tiny Spoon Chef, INC., we are seeking a dedicated and innovative Culinary Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine your culinary skills with a flexible work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Culinary Specialist, your typical week will involve visiting multiple clients to provide personalized meal preparation and grocery shopping services. You will also have the chance to host small events, conduct cooking classes, and facilitate corporate cooking workshops.

Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position primarily scheduled from Monday to Friday, with occasional evening or weekend events.

Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive compensation package, starting at $23 per hour, along with various bonuses and referral incentives. After a 90-day period, medical and dental benefits will be available, with the employer covering 65% of the costs. Additionally, after one year, you will have the opportunity to enroll in a 401k plan with a 4% matching program.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of four years of culinary experience
- Strong attention to detail and people skills
- ServSafe Manager certification and state-specific allergen training
- Reliable transportation

Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with computer systems, email, and Google Workspaces is advantageous.

Additional Information:
