School Psychologist

Job Summary:

Soliant is seeking a dedicated and passionate School Psychologist to join our team in supporting students' well-being and academic success. As a School Psychologist, you will play a crucial role in developing effective intervention plans, providing counseling services, and creating a positive and inclusive school environment.

Responsibilities:

• Student Assessments and Evaluations: Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify students' social-emotional needs and develop targeted intervention plans.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop and implement effective intervention plans, ensuring a collaborative and supportive school environment.
• Counseling Services: Provide individual and group counseling services to students, addressing their social-emotional needs and promoting academic success.
• IEP Meetings and Student Success Plans: Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student success plans, ensuring students receive the support they need to thrive.

Qualifications:

• Education: Master's degree in School Psychology or a related field.
• Licensure: State licensure or eligibility for licensure in Minnesota.
• Experience: Experience working in educational settings preferred.
• Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
