Cashier/Front End Associate Job Description

Eataly North America is seeking a skilled Cashier/Front End Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating cash registers, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and cash wrap area
  • Restock shelves, maintain visual merchandising, and perform other tasks as needed
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide a positive customer experience
Requirements:
  • Basic math and cash handling skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
