We are seeking a highly skilled Child Psychiatrist to join our team at MedChi, The Maryland State Medical Society.

About the Role:

  • As a Child Psychiatrist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality mental health services to children and adolescents in an outpatient setting.
  • You will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in child and adolescent psychiatry, with experience in both medication management and therapy.
  • You will be expected to maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, and to communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.

Requirements:

  • Board certification in psychiatry with a focus on child and adolescent psychiatry
  • Current licensure to practice medicine in Maryland
  • Experience working in an outpatient setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
