Tact Staff is seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team in Morgantown, West Virginia. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide aerosol treatments, airway clearance, and ventilator management to patients
- Perform EKGs and other diagnostic tests as needed
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
- Experience working in a Level 1 Trauma environment preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
