Position Overview

This is a full-time hybrid position for a Litigation Associate located in Washington, DC, with options for remote work. The Litigation Associate will manage all aspects of the litigation process, which includes conducting legal research, drafting various legal documents, and maintaining communication with clients, fellow attorneys, and the courts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings and motions.
  • Engage with clients to provide updates and gather necessary information.

Qualifications
