Job Description

We are seeking a Full-Time Teller to join our Retail Branch organization in Albuquerque, NM. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, accurately processing high-volume customer banking transactions, and educating customers on new technology and banking products.

  • Deliver a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet.
  • Process a variety of customer interactions, including lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs.
  • Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions by leveraging technology, tools, and resources.

Preferred skills include accountability, banking, client loyalty, customer experience (CX), customer service, identifying opportunities, leveraging technology, proactive sales.

Competencies include accuracy and attention to detail, addressing customer needs, banking products, digital awareness, effective communications, fraud detection and prevention, managing multiple priorities, matrix management, problem solving, understanding customer needs.

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on the job requirements and location in Albuquerque, NM.
