Carside Server

Job Summary:

As a Carside Server at Applebee's, you will be the first point of contact for our guests over the phone and the last impression as you deliver their order with a smile, carside. This role requires a friendly and approachable demeanor, with the ability to make recommendations and anticipate the needs of our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to our guests over the phone and in person
• Take orders and deliver food and beverages to our guests in a timely and efficient manner
• Make recommendations to our guests based on their preferences and dietary needs
• Anticipate the needs of our guests and provide solutions to ensure their satisfaction
• Work collaboratively with our kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
