Job DescriptionVisiting Angels of O'Fallon/Westplex is seeking dedicated and compassionate caregivers to provide high-quality care to seniors in their homes. As a caregiver, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families.

About the Job

We are looking for caregivers who are patient, understanding, and able to provide emotional support to our clients. If you have experience caring for a family member or friend, or have worked in a healthcare setting, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide non-medical care and support to seniors in their homes
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Prepare meals and snacks
  • Assist with light housekeeping and laundry
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Monitor medication schedules and provide reminders
  • Assist with mobility and transfers

Requirements:

  • Must be 21 years or older
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Must be able to provide references
