Job Overview
\Essentia Health is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our general pool. As a CRNA, you will be responsible for providing high-quality anesthesia care to patients undergoing surgical procedures.
\About the Position
\- The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree in nursing and nurse anesthesia, as well as certifications such as ACLS, PALS, and BLS.
- A competitive salary of $150,000 per year, plus a $50,000 bonus, makes this an attractive opportunity.
- This is a full-time, exempt position working in the Level II Trauma Center and Comprehensive Stroke Center hospital.
Key Responsibilities
\- Perform clinical anesthesia duties, prioritizing anesthetic decisions and communicating patient status to healthcare team members.
- Coordinate staff coverage, assignments, and breaks in the surgical area.
- Demonstrate knowledge of growth and development principles and assess data reflective of patient status.
