Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Relaxation Specialist to join our team at The Dunlin. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional massage and spa services to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized massage and spa services to guests, ensuring a high level of comfort and relaxation.
  • Prepare treatment rooms to client specifications, adhering to our property service standards.
  • Perform prep work, clean and restock treatment rooms as required.
  • Ensure guest safety and comfort throughout the treatment.
  • Maintain professional ethics and provide personalized service to each guest.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all necessary supplies are available.
  • Uphold standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and our spa policies.
  • Communicate any incidents or guest complaints to management.
  • Actively promote our spa services, treatments, and programs.
  • Participate in and support training and staff meetings.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a licensed massage therapist.
  • Massage Therapist State License required.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Prolonged periods of standing and physical activity.
