We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Sales Floor Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be required to walk up to 5 miles per day while fulfilling online customer orders, locate and select merchandise on the salesfloor, and ensure customer orders are filled accurately.

We offer a competitive hourly wage range of $14.00 to $26.00, with additional compensation including annual or quarterly performance incentives. You will also receive paid time off benefits, health benefits, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You must also be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.

Estimated Salary Range
