About the Role

A Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) is sought after by ABA Pathways LLC to provide comprehensive care to patients with communication and swallowing disorders. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field and be certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessments and recommendations from multidisciplinary teams.
  • Administer hearing and speech evaluations, tests, and examinations to patients.
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication and treatment strategies.
  • Provide training and education to staff on communication strategies and speech-language stimulation techniques.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care services.
Requirements
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
  • Experience in team leadership and collaboration.
  • Ability to lift, move, and assist patients with weights up to 30 lbs.
  • Infant/child CPR and First Aid certification.
