Thriveworks is Seeking a Licensed Couples and Family Therapist

We are currently seeking a licensed couples and family therapist to join our team in West Lake Hills, TX. As a clinician-founded national private practice group, we prioritize client accessibility, integrity, and quality care.

Qualifications:
  • Must have one of the following independent licenses in Texas: LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)
  • Must be licensed and living in the state in which they will be practicing
  • Must have experience primarily working within a specialty (e.g., couples therapy, children, trauma) and be comfortable working with individuals of all ages and populations (Behavioral Health Generalists)
Responsibilities:
  • Meet with clients individually or as a couple or family to assess their emotional and psychological needs and develop a treatment plan
  • See a minimum of 25 sessions per week
  • Participate in monthly in-house professional development
  • Have opportunities for paid clinical supervisory roles
