Kinwell Medical Group seeks a seasoned Medical Assistant to join its team as a Certified Medical Assistant Trainer. This individual will play a crucial role in developing and implementing training programs for new hires, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.

The successful candidate will possess a strong background in medical assisting, with at least 5 years of experience in a clinical setting. They must also hold a valid Washington State Medical Assistant Certified certification and demonstrate excellent communication and critical thinking skills.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $58,800 - $94,100 per year, based on location and market conditions. Benefits include comprehensive medical insurance, paid time off, personal funding accounts, and education & development opportunities.

As a Certified Medical Assistant Trainer, you will work closely with clinic operations management to identify educational needs, develop training curricula, and implement effective training programs. You will also provide preceptor support, mentorship, and guidance to new hires, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.

Your duties will include traveling to assigned clinics in South Puget Sound, WA, to provide onboarding and training for new teammates, teaching courses, and promoting critical thinking among Medical Assistants. You will also work directly with the Director of Clinical Operations, Practice Managers, and other stakeholders to ensure the success of Kinwell's training programs.
