We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Medical/Surgical Unit team at Versa Recruiting, LLC. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive nursing care to assigned patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Manage the efficient flow of patient care, including screening, preparation for examination, and arranging for admissions, testing, and discharges.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including posting test results and examination findings.
- Administer medications as prescribed by physicians and instruct patients and families on medication use and treatment plans.
- Respond to and refer incoming telephone calls, including phone triage when necessary.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
- Registered Nurse licensure and a Bachelor's Degree, Associate Degree, or Registered Nurse Diploma are required.
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
