We are looking for a highly skilled Cath Lab Imaging Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our cardiovascular program, you will prepare and maintain equipment for procedures, ensuring a sterile environment for patient care.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Radiologic Technology or Cardiovascular program, along with necessary certifications like BLS and RCIS. A strong working relationship with physicians and leadership is crucial for delivering exceptional patient care.

Norman Regional Health System Overview

  • A community-based hospital system with a reputation for excellence in cardiovascular care.
  • A team of nine cardiologists and two electrophysiologists working together to deliver top-notch patient care.
  • Accredited programs including Intersocietal Accreditation Commission (IAC) Echo Accreditation and American Association Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation (AACVPR) Accreditation.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain equipment for procedures.
  • Assess patient condition and provide care.
  • Maintain a sterile environment.
  • Serve as preceptor for new hires and radiology students.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Completion of a 24-month formal program or military program in Radiologic Technology.
  • Previous experience in a procedural area.
  • Registration from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist or Cardiovascular Credentialing International – RCIS.
