Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team and support students in their communication development. This role is essential in providing effective speech therapy services to enhance the academic and social success of students facing communication challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough assessments to diagnose speech and language impairments.
  • Design and implement tailored intervention strategies for each student.
  • Deliver therapy sessions to individuals or small groups, focusing on skill enhancement.
  • Track and evaluate student progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary.
  • Work in partnership with educators, families, and other professionals to foster student achievement.
  • Engage in Individualized Education Program (IEP) discussions and planning.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
  • Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the relevant state.
  • Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA is preferred.
  • Experience with child populations is advantageous.
