Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Design Engineer to join our team at International Executive Service Corps. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for leading the development of advanced unmanned systems and aerospace vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and development of complex aerospace systems, including unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) and aircraft.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design meets requirements and is feasible for production.
  • Develop and maintain detailed design documentation, including CAD models and drawings.
  • Conduct design reviews and ensure designs meet industry standards and regulations.
  • Coordinate with manufacturing, procurement, and quality control teams to ensure smooth production and delivery of products.
  • Prepare and present design documentation and progress reports to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in aerospace design and development, with a focus on unmanned systems and composite materials.
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations, including ASME Y14 and GD&T.
  • Experience with CAD software, including CATIA V5 and Generative Surface Design.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Requirements
  • Ph.D. in Aerospace Engineering or related field.
  • Experience with composite part detail process, including composites stacking sequence, lamination theory, and bonded assemblies.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing planning and hands-on fabrication processes.
  • Experience with prototype and/or rate part production.
