**Job Summary**

Associated Brigham Contractors Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Concrete Superintendent to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for managing and directing industrial concrete projects from start to finish.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead and manage on-site construction teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Oversee all work on site, monitoring and managing all aspects to maintain project schedules, budgets, and accuracy.
  • Establish and maintain a safe and efficient jobsite office, including administrative and technical support.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols and compliance measures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Hire and manage personnel, including subcontractors and vendors.
  • Manage equipment and resources to ensure optimal project outcomes.
  • Order materials and supplies, including rebar, embeds, anchor bolts, and concrete.
  • Interface with clients and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Collect and compile data to report to project managers and stakeholders.

**Minimum Qualifications:**

  • 3-5 years of experience as an Industrial Concrete Superintendent.
  • Proficiency with computers and software, including ability to interpret and build according to drawings, specifications, and other documents.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detailed-oriented and organized.
