We are seeking a skilled therapist to work with children and adolescents in a flexible, remote environment. This position offers a structured transition from your current role, a reasonable patient caseload, and the opportunity to customize your hours for improved work-life balance.

  • Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and implement treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation.
  • Maintain a caseload of 25 client sessions per week.
  • Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community.
  • Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.
  • Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, and other Ellie staff as needed.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • A master's degree in social work or a related field from an accredited college or university.
  • A licensed mental health professional (LPC, LCSW) in the state of Pennsylvania.
  • Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
