Overview

Voyage Healthcare is a leading healthcare provider seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Patient Call Center RN. As a critical member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support through timely and effective communication.

Salary and Benefits

The hourly range for this position is $33.50 - $41.00, based on years of relevant experience. Upon successful completion of orientation and training, this position has the option to work remotely one day per week.

Job Description

As a Patient Call Center RN, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting patients by answering multiple phone calls for all sites/locations in a timely and polite manner
  • Collecting information regarding patient's general condition via telephone, particularly the acutely ill patient, and ensuring that needs are met
  • Efficiently using an EMR system to document patient's records

You will also be cross-trained as a Clinical Support RN to provide support as needed. Your role will be critical in ensuring that patients receive timely and appropriate care, and that their medical needs are met.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A valid nursing license and current registration
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
