Job Summary

Tire Technicians at Loves Travel Stops & Country Stores work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining clean facilities with friendly faces. They interact with customers and drivers from all over, making their travels and days better. This role involves taking ownership of tire sales, removal, and replacement for commercial vehicles in shop and roadside service. Additionally, tire technicians are responsible for equipment repair and maintenance, as well as general housekeeping duties. They must be able to move, lift 75+ pounds, and work in various temperatures. The safety and satisfaction of customers are top priorities, and tire technicians must comply with company safety policies and procedures. A rotating schedule that alternates between day and night is required. Furthermore, tire technicians must be able to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation, which is paid by Loves. Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of tire sales, removal, and replacement for commercial vehicles in shop and roadside service.
  • Be responsible for equipment repair and maintenance of the store facility, including general housekeeping duties.
  • Ability to move, lift 75+ pounds, and work in various temperatures.
  • Always put the safety and satisfaction of customers first, complying with company safety policies and procedures.
  • Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed.
  • Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation (paid by Loves).
