This role encompasses the daily operations of the store, including employee scheduling, training, inventory management, and addressing cash and inventory discrepancies. The Shift Leader plays a crucial role in driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruiting and training positive individuals to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Inspire and motivate cashiers to perform at their best.
- Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Implement and uphold daily operational procedures to maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store.

Candidates should present a professional appearance and demeanor. Proficiency in computer skills and basic math is important.
