Job Title: Emergency Department RN Travel Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Emergency Department RN Travel Nurse to join our team at Winston Resources. Job Summary:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in emergency nursing, with a focus on providing exceptional patient care and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes. As a travel nurse, you will have the flexibility to work in various locations and settings, including hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care in the emergency department, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with a range of medical conditions.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients, taking into account their unique needs and circumstances.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote safe and effective patient care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Texas.
  • At least 2 years of experience in emergency nursing.
  • Strong background in patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
