We are seeking skilled and motivated individuals to join our residential poured wall foundation crew as General Laborers, Form Setters, Crew Leads, and Foremen. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for installing foundations for residential homes throughout the Twin Cities Metro Area.
Responsibilities- Form, pour, and strip footings and walls
- Bend rebar for walls and assist with layout
- Set panels quickly and correctly, and install ledge and block downs
- String and straighten forms, and teach and lead new employees
- Strip walls quickly and efficiently, and maintain a positive attitude in adverse weather conditions
- Properly use and care of company property, and keep the job-site clean to create a safe and productive work site
- Reliable vehicle to get to and from job sites
- Valid driver's license
- Physically able to lift and move 60 lbs to 115 lbs wall panels throughout the work day/week
- Pass pre-employment drug screen
- Hourly + Overtime, paid weekly
