Overview:
We are in search of dedicated custodial professionals to join our team, providing essential cleaning and maintenance services across various campus facilities. This role offers comprehensive benefits, and we are currently seeking individuals for our Swing Shift (Monday - Friday, 5 PM - 1:30 AM) and Night Shift (Sunday - Thursday, 10 PM - 6:30 AM).
Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough cleaning and maintenance of designated areas, including:
- Dusting and sanitizing surfaces
- Removing waste and recyclables
- Cleaning and disinfecting restrooms, replenishing supplies
- Washing glass doors, windows, and blinds
- Addressing graffiti and maintaining furniture and upholstery
- Polishing woodwork and metal surfaces
- Cleaning stairwells, walkways, and elevators
- Maintain campus flooring through:
- Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Stripping, sealing, waxing, and polishing floors
- Using and caring for powered floor cleaning equipment
- Respond to custodial emergencies and provide support as needed.
Qualifications:
Applicants should possess a combination of training, experience, and/or education that demonstrates the necessary skills for this role.
Compensation:
The anticipated hiring range for this position is $37,440 - $44,580 annually, with a classification range of $37,440 - $50,352 per year.
