**Job Description:** Home Support Worker

We're seeking a reliable and empathetic Home Support Worker to join our team at REDI CARE MANAGEMENT LLC.

Hourly Wage: $14.50 - $16.50 (dependent on experience)

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our patients by providing essential support and care in their own homes.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one care to patients with varying levels of need
• Document patient information and report any concerns to supervisors
• Assist with household tasks such as laundry and meal preparation
