Job Description

To design, develop, and maintain cutting-edge data systems that drive innovation and rapid product solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide technical direction and engineering expertise on projects, ensuring optimal infrastructure and product development.

Responsibilities
  • Integrate data to develop, configure, and document next-generation software applications.
  • Proactively collaborate with business units to target systems for automated migration processes.
  • Coordinate integration of solutions with existing applications, ensuring compatibility and resolving conflicts.
  • Manage and interpret data to improve reports, efficiency, and products.
  • Contribute to a culture of collaboration by sharing knowledge and business processes with other business units.
  • Utilize statistical, analytical, and data visualization skills to integrate data for rapid business solutions.
  • Collaborate on reviews to assess the integrity and quality of proposed technical solutions.
Qualifications
  • Advanced experience working with staff, management, stakeholders, and vendors.
  • Significant experience in managing multiple priorities independently and/or in a team environment.
  • Significant experience in data engineering and application development.
  • Advanced knowledge with Microsoft Azure cloud services.
  • Significant experience in Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Warehouse, Azure Data Factory, and Azure SQL Server.
  • Significant experience in integration and data migration for Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Advanced knowledge with data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
  • Significant experience with IT-related Data Management and Data Migration activities.
  • Significant experience in data visualization with Power BI.
  • Significant experience in modeling and quantification concepts, including statistics and probability principles.
Desired Qualifications
  • Advanced knowledge of banking/financial industry standards and practices.
  • Expert analytical/quantitative, reconciliation, and deductive reasoning skills.
  • Advanced analytical and conceptual skills to create original concepts/theories for various projects.
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced skill building effective relationships through rapport, trust, diplomacy, and tact.
