About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled ICU Nurse to join our team at Mass General Brigham. This is a full-time nursing position in Danvers, Massachusetts.

Job Summary

The ICU Nurse will provide high-quality patient care in our intensive care unit. Key responsibilities include assessing patients' needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care in the ICU setting
  • Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and improve patient outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher
  • Current RN licensure in Massachusetts
  • 1+ years of experience as an ICU Nurse, preferably in a similar setting
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
