PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


Conducting preventive maintenance, diagnosing issues, troubleshooting, repairing, and ensuring the optimal operation of various equipment types, including high-speed reciprocating compressors, low-speed compressors, air compressors, pumps, fans, blowers, and additional plant machinery. Execute routine startup and shutdown procedures for individual machines and processes. Monitor the consumption of utilities, fuels, chemicals, lubricants, etc., to avoid excessive usage at current processing and production levels. Identify hazardous or emergency situations within the operations and take necessary actions to mitigate risks or halt processes/facilities to safeguard personnel and equipment. Detect malfunctions in specific equipment and perform maintenance as required to rectify issues. Oversee levels of lubricants, fluids, chemicals, etc., and replenish as needed to avert equipment damage. Document work orders using MAXIMO for both routine and major maintenance tasks. Operate field amine and glycol treaters. Perform additional work-related tasks as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or equivalent is required. A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience is necessary.

Possession and maintenance of a valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record is essential.

Strong interpersonal communication skills are necessary to effectively interact with all relevant teams, personnel, and vendors.

A robust work ethic with a proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Software, are required. Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays, with the ability to respond to call-outs as needed to meet business objectives and adapt to shifts for plant or field conditions.

Capability to lift, push, and pull at least 50 lbs. is required.
Ability to work in varying climate conditions.

Ability to work in confined spaces:
i.e., performing tasks while kneeling, squatting, sitting, climbing, and standing.

Adhere to all applicable Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) guidelines (e.g., eye protection, footwear, Nomex).

Consistent and Reliable Attendance
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
5 years of experience in operating and maintaining mechanical equipment and processes as outlined in job duties.

Experience with Waukesha Pearce, Caterpillar 3600/3601, or Ariel Compressors.
