Job Overview
Promoting a positive customer experience is essential in the grocery industry. As a General Clerk, you will play a vital role in maintaining a well-stocked and organized sales floor, ensuring that customers have an excellent shopping experience. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist Combo or Grocery Manager in day-to-day operations
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, backrooms, and exterior areas
- Replenish products in various departments as directed by management
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and helping locate items as needed
- Perform tasks such as collecting shopping carts, cleaning parking lots, and checking displays for out-of-stock products

Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; over one year of grocery clerk experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with diverse personalities
- Proficiency in using inventory management software, barcode scanners, and other warehouse technologies
- Ability to maintain organized storage areas and manage inventory efficiently
