Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and personalized shopping experience for all customers.
  • Drive sales through effective selling techniques, product knowledge, and clienteling skills.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including features, benefits, and current offerings.
  • Work collaboratively with the management team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Ensure a clean and tidy sales floor, adhering to Coach standards.
  • Process customer transactions efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
  • Current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Knowledge of cash register systems, basic computer skills, and ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
