Job Title: Window Installation Lead

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Window Installation Lead to join our team at Andersen. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of windows and doors at customer homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage installation teams to ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct site assessments and develop installation plans to meet customer needs
  • Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Train and mentor junior installers to develop their skills and knowledge
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of materials and equipment
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in window installation and remodeling
  • Proven track record of superior workmanship and customer satisfaction
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 83 pounds and work at heights
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • High school diploma or equivalent
