Job Summary

A Certified Mastectomy Fitter at CoxHealth is a highly trained professional responsible for completing prefabricated mastectomy and orthotic device fittings and setups with Home Support patients based on a physician's order and the patient's needs. This crucial role involves educating patients on the proper and safe use of these devices, ensuring seamless integration into their lives. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for inventory management, referral intake process, and loading patient information into Home Support's IT software system (CPR+).

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent; Preferred: Associates Degree in a Related Field
  • Experience: No Prior Experience Required
  • Skills:
    • Understanding of medical terminology
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Demonstrated competency in computer software, office equipment, and specialized equipment (handheld scanners)
    • Marks and represents CoxHealth in a positive and professional manner at all times
    • Demonstrates timeliness, courtesy, sincerity, and patience when dealing with internal and external customers
Compensation and Benefits

Candidates can expect a competitive salary, estimated to be around $45,000 - $60,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
