Pediatric Endocrinologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pediatric Endocrinologist to join our team at the University of Illinois College of Medicine, Peoria. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, conducting research, and contributing to the education and training of medical students and residents.

• Provide comprehensive care to pediatric patients with endocrine disorders, including diabetes, thyroid disease, and growth hormone deficiency.
• Conduct research in pediatric endocrinology, with a focus on improving patient outcomes and advancing the field.
• Teach and mentor medical students and residents in pediatric endocrinology, with a focus on developing their clinical and research skills.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide multidisciplinary care to patients with complex medical needs.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical guidelines and policies.

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification in Pediatrics and Pediatric Endocrinology.
• Strong clinical and research skills, with a focus on pediatric endocrinology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
