Job Description

The Radiology Team Leader will be responsible for leading a team of radiology professionals in achieving high-quality imaging results while maintaining productivity and efficiency. This includes:

  • Leading and guiding a team of technologists to achieve proficiency in accordance with ADH requirements and hospital policies
  • Maintaining budgetary control and productivity as set forth by Mercy
  • Participating in quality improvement and performance improvement processes outlined by Mercy
  • Ensuring the safety of coworkers, patients, and visitors related to radiation
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A graduate degree from an accredited radiology school
  • Current licensure as a Radiology Technologist from the State Department of Health in the applicable state of practice
  • Registered Radiology Technologist certification
Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in a radiology leadership role is highly desirable.
