About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Echo Technician to join our team at HCA Florida Heart Institute. As an Echo Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care by preparing patients for exams, monitoring progress, and recording results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepares patients for exams, monitors progress, and records results.
• Performs timely procedures for subsequent evaluation and treatment by attending physician.
• Performs necessary quality control procedures to ensure quality exams are performed.
• Adheres to and practices appropriate infection control policies and procedures.
• Performs QA on all sonar equipment.

Requirements:

• Requires a certificate from an approved echocardiology program.
• 1-3 years experience is required.
• ARRT certification as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification is required.
