Family Physician Assistant with FQHC on Central California's Coast

A well-established, 50-year-old Federally Qualified Community Health Center with three clinics in Santa Cruz, California, is seeking a family physician assistant to join their integrated care team model.

Clinics operate Monday through Thursday from 8am to 8pm and 8am to 5pm on Fridays, with an average of 18 patients per day.

The ideal candidate will have a flexible schedule and be able to work with patients of all ages.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing high-quality patient care in a team-based environment
  • Collaborating with nurses, medical assistants, chiropractors, and case managers to deliver comprehensive care
  • Managing 32-patient contact hours per week with 8 hours of administrative time

The successful candidate will have:

  • EPIC EHR experience
  • Spanish-speaking skills a plus
  • New graduates encouraged to apply with a slower ramp-up, mentoring, and lower productivity expectations

Financial Package:

Compensation ranges from $120K to $176K depending on training and experience level
