Carside Associate

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Carside Associate to join our team at Applebee's. As a Carside Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver orders to guests in a timely and efficient manner
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless service delivery
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety protocols

Requirements:

• Must be at least 17 years old
• Ability to effectively communicate with guests and team members
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, remaining calm and composed under pressure
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and transport to-go bags and beverages

Physical Standards:

• Ability to remain stationary for long periods of up to four hours
• Ability to safely reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively to guests and team members
