Position Overview

As a Quality Assurance Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects adhere to contractual specifications, meet client expectations, and comply with all relevant building regulations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with the project team to comprehend the specifications outlined in the contract documents relevant to your discipline.
  • Working closely with the Quality Control Manager and field personnel to guarantee the quality and timely completion of construction projects.
  • Coordinating with third-party testing agencies as specified in the quality control strategy.
  • Developing, implementing, and overseeing the Quality Control Plan.
  • Assisting in the review and approval of project submittals.
  • Establishing testing protocols in alignment with contract requirements.
  • Maintaining a log of deficiencies.
  • Updating documentation associated with quality control activities.
  • Engaging with the owner's representative as necessary.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field.
  • Experience in quality control and/or testing.
  • Capability to manage a high volume of submittals efficiently.
  • Alignment with Clark Standards of Excellence, including being self-motivated, results-driven, adaptable, a team player, accountable, ethical, innovative, resilient, and capable of building relationships and teams.
