We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our logistics operations. In this role, you will be tasked with managing the warehouse functions to ensure a secure and efficient workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee warehouse functions, including the processes of shipping, receiving, inventory management, and distribution to production lines.
  • Coordinate with various departments to guarantee timely unloading and delivery of materials.
  • Establish and maintain inventory control protocols and ensure precise documentation.
  • Lead and mentor the warehouse personnel.
  • Introduce innovative processes to improve operational productivity.

Required Skills:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in warehouse management.
  • Familiarity with inventory management practices and material handling.
  • Background in the food sector with knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Competence in computer applications and software.
  • Excellent interpersonal and analytical abilities.

Physical Requirements:

  • Capability to lift up to 40 pounds and work in a refrigerated environment.
  • Willingness to travel and adapt to varied working hours.

Work Hours:

  • 2nd Shift: 4 PM - 1 AM, with rotating days.
  • Flexibility to accommodate different hours and shifts.

Experience & Education:

A college degree is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.

Compensation:

$72,000 - $74,000 Annually
