Work Schedule: 5 days onsite per week, with flexibility required for 2nd or 3rd shifts as needed based on project demands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct hands-on technical tasks related to the evaluation of advanced electronic assemblies for aerospace and defense sectors.
  • Support the testing, troubleshooting, and fault isolation of these assemblies by executing well-defined development tests, system integration, and formal acceptance tests, including environmental assessments. Strong communication and proactive engagement are essential.
  • Perform dynamic, thermal, and functional testing, which involves setting up, programming, and operating specialized testing equipment to execute Acceptance Test Procedures. The role requires handling delicate circuit card assemblies with care.
  • Maintain detailed test logs, adhere to precise testing protocols, and provide daily shift updates through both verbal and written communication.
  • Commit to cleanliness, standardization, safety, equipment maintenance, and operational tasks on a daily basis, demonstrating a dedication to continuous improvement.
  • Engage in daily collaboration with test technicians and engineers, emphasizing the importance of teamwork and effective communication.

Key Requirements and Experience:

  • Essential Keywords: Electronics, technician, equipment, testing, oscilloscope, multimeter, generators, aviation, aerospace, avionics, defense.
  • Prior military experience is advantageous.
  • Experience with Guidance and Navigation Electronics systems is a plus.
  • Familiarity with environmental testing is beneficial.
  • Proficiency with General Purpose Test Equipment (e.g., Oscilloscope, function generator, power supplies, DMM, logic analyzer).
  • Attention to detail is critical, with the ability to follow step-by-step procedures accurately.
  • Flexibility and willingness to work various shifts, including overtime and weekends, as required by business needs.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in an electronics-related field.
  • Ability to read schematics, follow procedures, and apply technical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
  • Capable of producing clear and precise technical documentation for event records and engineering orders.
  • Associates degree, technical certification, or equivalent military training/experience is preferred.
