Job Description

This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the Event Center Manager and serving as the main liaison for Event Center rental applications, reporting's, and client relations.

$45,500 - $56,250 per year (estimated salary range)


About the Role

The Event Center Administrative Assistant will coordinate site visits, payments, and scheduling with clients, while ensuring that all events are executed smoothly and efficiently.

  • Coordinating logistics and operations
  • Managing client relationships and communications
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A high school diploma and three years of administrative experience
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • A valid Florida driver's license
