Job Title: Electroneurodiagnostic EEG Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Electroneurodiagnostic EEG Associate to join our team at Texas Children's Hospital. As an EEG Associate, you will play a critical role in performing high-quality electroencephalograms (EEGs) and long-term monitoring for epilepsy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform EEG studies in all Neurodiagnostic areas
  • Assist staff in starting, maintaining quality recording, and completing EEG studies
  • Evaluate patients in collaboration with END tech
  • Determine patient mental state and comprehension level
  • Accommodate disabilities and special needs of patients
  • Develop skills in inpatient documentation in collaboration with END tech
  • Document patient information, history, and medications
  • Perform routine EEG and recording maintenance
  • Proficient data entry into electronic medical records and EEG recordings
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Preferred experience in healthcare or related setting and Pediatric experience
