BCBA Job Opportunity

PrideStaff is seeking a qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide clinical services for individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify behavior needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and best practices in ABA.
  • Provide direct supervision and training to behavior technicians and other staff members.
  • Collect and analyze data to track client progress and make data-driven treatment decisions.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure consistency and continuity of services.
Requirements:
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
  • Previous experience working as a BCBA in a clinical or home-based setting.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques.
  • Experience conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and developing behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
  • Proficient in data collection, analysis, and graphing.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities.

Compensation: Up to $95,000 per year.
