Position Overview

The Patrick Dealer Group is seeking a dedicated Apprentice Technician to enhance our Cadillac service team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executing and managing Repair Orders as assigned.
  • Conducting diagnostic assessments and troubleshooting to identify repair requirements.
  • Offering labor, time, and parts estimates for service tasks.
  • Delivering high-quality and efficient repair services across various automotive systems, including engine, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning, in line with Center and Factory standards.
  • Performing Quality Control inspections on repaired vehicles to confirm the completion of repairs.
  • Finalizing all necessary paperwork and documentation related to repair services.
  • Maintaining a tidy and organized workspace while managing dealership and personal tools.
  • Engaging directly and effectively with Service Advisors and Parts Department personnel.
  • Participating in ongoing Cadillac training and educational programs to enhance and maintain expertise in Cadillac's advanced automotive technologies and processes.

Qualifications:

  • Strong mechanical, electrical, and computing abilities
  • Semi-Skilled Technician status
  • ASE certifications are preferred
  • Possession of personal tools is required
  • Capability to lift up to 80 pounds
  • All candidates must be authorized to work in the USA
  • All candidates must perform duties safely
  • Must successfully pass drug screening, background checks, and motor vehicle records checks
