Position Overview:
  • Conduct specialized procedures for computed tomography scans
  • Operate CT imaging systems, power injectors, and associated apparatus
  • Accurately position patients and perform imaging examinations
  • Assist in imaging protocols, intravenous line placements, and contrast media administration
  • Assess the quality of scans and maintain comprehensive patient documentation
  • Provide mentorship to new imaging technologists and attend to patient care needs
  • Contribute to the development of innovative imaging protocols and techniques
Qualifications:
  • Completion of an accredited educational program or certification
  • A minimum of two years of experience for Level II positions
  • Certification in Radiography or a related discipline
  • ARRT certification in CT must be obtained within 18 months
  • Current BLS certification
